Getting Started with Launch.menu

Here is a short tutorial on adding a new page and using drag and drop to sort your bookmarks

 

 

To import bookmarks click on “Add New Page”

The first option in the list is to import bookmarks from a browser.

After you have saved the bookmarks into an html file you can then upload them to launch.menu

Does your company have a set of services and bookmarks that all employees require?

With launch.menu its easy to create a page with the key links you wish to share with your employees.

  1. Create a page “Company Links”
  2. Add the bookmarks and folders you wish to share with employees
  3. Share the page using the email invite method
  4. An email will be sent to each employee and they can sign up to launch.menu and have access to the “Comapny Links” page
  5. Anytime you make a change to the page your employees will be notified and they can update their page.

 

Next steps to get the most from launch.menu

Now that you have signed up for your launch.menu account we reccomend a few things to get the most from the service

  1. Add the launchmenu+ button to the browser bookmark bar
  2. Make launch.menu your home page
  3. Click on “add new page” and import the bookmarks from your existing browsers
  4. Visit a web site and click on the launchmenu+ button to add a new bookmark to your page
  5. Keep your page private or share it with others

Make Launch.menu your Startpage

Set Launch.menu as your homepage

  1. Open the settings page from the Chrome menu or go there directly by typing
    chrome://settings in the address bar
  2. In the Appearance section of the settings page, select the Show Home Button option and click Change to change your home page to www.launch.menu
  3. We also suggest you set launch.menu as your startup page as well by selecting the Open a sepcific page or set of pages option in the On Startup section of the settings page.
